Why is there a limit on snail mails in my plan?

Creating creative Snail Mail can be time-consuming, and participating in events and personal swaps can quickly add up. It's easy to find yourself with more swaps than you can handle, leading to stress and missed deadlines. Since we can't create more time, it's important to prevent our members from feeling overwhelmed or falling behind on their swaps. To help manage this, we've decided to set limits on the number of active Snail Mail swaps.

Please note: The Platinum membership plan offers unlimited Snail Mail swaps. However, if Platinum members are unable to keep up with their outgoing swaps, the Snail Mail Friends platform will temporarily suspend the ability to join new swaps. Once the member has caught up with all their committed swaps, they will be able to participate in new ones again.
