We take spam very seriously and want to ensure that our platform remains a safe and enjoyable space for all users. To achieve this, we have implemented a new messaging policy for our Basic plan that limits the number of messages each member can send.
Under the Basic plan, each member can send a maximum of 2 private messages per hour to unique recipients. This policy is in place to prevent spamming and ensure you can communicate effectively with your snail mail partner while keeping unwanted messages at bay. Please note that if we receive reports of spamming or complaints from our members, we reserve the right to disable the private messages function for you.
If you wish to send messages to multiple members or exceed the message limit, upgrading your membership is necessary. Our Standard, Premium, or Platinum plans offer additional benefits and features to enhance your experience on our platform.
