In your Swap Tracker, you can find all your outgoing and incoming swaps. You can register and archive the swaps that arrive as expected. But what if swaps do not arrive? First, contact your swap partner to check if they have forgotten to send it or if something else might have happened (see image below). It could also be that the mail is slow, and you just need to wait a bit.
Important: Do not create a new swap if you need to resend. Always use the same swap ID if you resend before the Snail Mail Friends time limits are met. It is best to wait and resend when the option becomes available (after 60 days). After 45 days (this period is in place because most swaps are international), your swap will show a button to contact your swap partner. Similarly, you can send a reminder to your partner to ask if they received the swap.
After 60 days, approximately 8.5 weeks, Snail Mail Friends will consider the swap lost, and a resend request button will become available. It's crucial to send reminders and requests if this happens with your swaps. If a resend request is denied, it will be reviewed by one of the Snail Mail Friends Angels.
