When you attempt to close your account, the Snail Mail Friends website will alert you to any pending swaps that must be resolved or completed. This system ensures that all swaps are finalized before an account can be closed.
Despite this safeguard, some members have attempted to bypass the resolution process by requesting manual deletion while still having open swaps. We want to be clear: we will not comply with any deletion requests that bypass these unresolved obligations. All pending swaps must be completed before account closure can proceed.
