Thank you to all our new members who have filled out the questionnaire. I want to let you know that I will do my best to answer any questions I receive in this forum post. We will update this post with questions from the survey and any additional questions or replies received here.
Please remember, this is a publicly visible forum post, so if you ask a question, do not include any personal information.
Not received outgoing or incoming swaps.
If you haven’t received a swap and haven’t gotten a response after sending a private message, please be sure to follow up on its swap status.
Open the swap in your swaptracker and you can send a reminder once the expected time frame has passed. After that, you’ll have the option to request a resend or hide the swap from your active list. This won't delete the swap, but it will mark it as inactive.
When the swap eventually arrives, you can still register it. Please keep in mind that mail can sometimes take a long time to arrive.
If it's an outgoing swap, the process is similar. Send the reminder, and after the next time frame passes, if the swap is still not received, it will be considered lost. At that point, you can recreate the swap or hide the swap.
We are currently working on creating video tutorials. If you’d like to request a specific tutorial, please let us know.
In this example it's hiding a swap that hasn't been sent:
