In a Round Robin, each participant contributes to a shared project in sequence, building upon the previous contributors' work. The Snail Mail Round Robin is an easy, three-step process
Flexibility for Participants
We understand that everyone's schedule and creative process are unique. That's why the creator of each Round Robin event can select a time window for contributions, ranging from 7 to 28 days. This flexibility ensures that all participants can fully engage with the project while accommodating their own needs and preferences.
Stay in the Loop
Our Round Robin Progress Tracker allows you to easily monitor your own progress as well as the progress of your fellow participants. With a visual representation of the competition or activity, you can track your contributions and anticipate the arrival of your next round's package.
Don't Miss a Beat
Never miss an update on your snail mail adventure with our Swap Notifications feature. Stay informed throughout the swapping process as you receive notifications for sent and received swaps. You'll be notified when your own swap has been received or sent to the next member in the round, allowing you to stay up-to-date with the progress of your snail mail adventure.
Lost in Transit Alert Threshold
We're committed to ensuring a smooth Snail Mail Round Robin Adventure. We have the Lost in Transit Alert Threshold. The creator of the Round Robin sets this threshold anywhere between 3 and 12 weeks. If a Round Robin has yet to be marked as received within this period, we will contact the recipient to confirm the arrival status.
If the Round Robin has yet to arrive, we inform the owner. From the notification date, the owner will need to wait at least 14 days before they can mark it as Lost. If it has arrived safely, the journey continues unaltered.
Remember, patience is a virtue. The owner can choose to wait a little longer before declaring it lost, or they can opt for a restart. In a restart scenario, we seek the agreement of all participants. If everyone gives a thumbs up, we hit the reset button on the adventure. However, if any participant declines, we make one last appeal to try and bring them on board. If the participant still opts out or two or more participants decide to call it quits, we respect their wishes and conclude the Round Robin. This way, we ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone, letting the magic of collaborative snail mail shine!
