The post.nl-website states that mail to the USA is delivered in 8-10 days, but I have the idea it takes at least 3 weeks. Do any of you see the sme happening or is it just me?

The last two letters I sent to the U.S. took 16 and 23 days to arrive. These days, I’m no longer surprised when delivery takes weeks :(
