Important notes on the Round Robin Beta feature reminder : The Round Robin feature is in beta and may experience occasional glitches. Please report any issues, no matter how small, so we can improve the process. Commitment: Before joining, ensure you have the time, resources, and willingness to complete the Round Robin. If you're unsure, it’s better to wait until you can fully commit. This project involves precious time and effort from all participants, and one member dropping out can halt the entire exchange. In the unfortunate event that life circumstances make it difficult for you to continue, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Maintaining communication is crucial, especially if you have multiple pocket letters in your possession. If we don’t hear from you, it could bring the entire Round Robin to a halt for everyone involved. A quick email is easy to send and will allow us to assess the situation and find the best way to proceed to keep the exchange running smoothly. What is this Round Robin all about? Sender’s Choice: While it’s up to you to decide on the overall theme of your pocket letter, you can include a note on your card if you’d prefer others to follow a specific theme. However, participants are free to interpret or explore beyond the suggested theme. Round-by-Round creativity: In each round, participants add their cards to the pocket letter, gradually building a unique, collaborative piece of art. Immediate start: The Round Robin will begin as soon as all spots are filled, so keep an eye out for your assignment! The final touch: Once the pocket letter has traveled through all participants, it is returned to the original creator as a fully decorated, one-of-a-kind masterpiece. Round One: Start by making one card and placing it in the middle pocket of a trading card sleeve.Clearly write your Round Robin ID on your card to ensure it can be tracked. Send the sleeve with your initial card to your assigned member. Round two and beyond Decorating & adding cards: When you receive a pocket letter, add two cards of your own design to the sleeve. Write your details on the back of each card. Place the cards anywhere in the sleeve (they don’t need to be next to each other). Send the sleeve with your contribution to your assigned member Final round On the last round, send the completed pocket letter back to its owner.Upon receiving your pocketletter, finalize the Round Robin with a rating. Important notes for participants Cards stay in place: Once a card is added, it cannot be moved to another pocket. No extras needed: The focus is on the pocket letter itself—there’s no requirement to include goodies or extras during the rounds or at the end. No posting on social media: While a small sneak peek is fine, please avoid sharing your contributions on social media during the project to preserve the magic. Let the final reveal be a wonderful surprise for the pocket letter's owner! Reporting issues: If you encounter any problems or glitches, send a message or screenshot to help us refine the feature.
