Regular Snail Mail is always without goodies. Snail Mail that fits in regular envelope. When you send Regular Snail Mail internationally it may only contain papers/documents. Before sending check the rules of the destination country.
Special Snail Mail is always including goodies. Snail Mail that is time intensive and mostly doesn't fit a regular flat envelope. You can choose to add extra goodies if you want so it will be packed full of joy!
When you send items internationally, you must make sure those items abide by the shipping rules of the destination country. You will need to complete customs declarations form for gifts and goods sent abroad. Items sent without a customs declaration or an incorrectly or partially completed declaration may be delayed or returned to sender, or worse: destroyed.

You can organize private group swaps and lead the group as the founder before creating a Hub; checking if a similar group exists is essential to avoid duplication.
